Fantasy Baseball Auction League Rules

No Transaction Fees Ever

AUCTION DRAFT INTRODUCTION: Auction draft leagues are played the same as a snake league once the season begins. If this is your first salary cap league, get ready for an online live fantasy baseball draft sure to give you an experience you will never forget. FSRU leagues offer a wonderful opportunity to compete and meet many new friends while doing something you will enjoy year after year.

AUCTION DRAFT: In an auction draft league, each team begins with $270 to fill their complete their entire 27 player roster. Once the draft begins, player bids will be taken in $1 increments with a minimum bid of $1. In the following years, you can keep as many as you wish on your roster at an annual player salary increase of $3. These drafts are done utilizing CBS Sports top of the industry auction software. It is the closest thing to an in-person auction draft. Your gonna love it!!! Once the draft is over, there is no salary cap on teams so you can trade unencumbered by the salary of your team.

KEEPER LEAGUE REDRAFT: In auction leagues, every five years a keeper league will completely redraft. There will be no keepers in a redraft year as all players are available. Each established fantasy baseball league redraft year is available on the
Fantasy Baseball League Winners page. At FSRU, we believe drafting a team from scratch is an integral part of the fantasy baseball experience.

KEEPER LEAGUE OFF SEASON: Once the Major League Baseball season ends, if your team is paid for the following season, you can trade with other teams paid for the next season throughout the off-season. So our team owners trade all year long.
