LEGAL RESTRICTIONS

Entry: There is no limit to the number of entries allowed by an individual in the contest. All entries must be paid via credit card or Paypal. Our credit card servers accept American Express, Mastercard, VISA and Discover. All registration and entry forms must be submitted on the same day.  The contest begins on the first game of the regular season and after the last regular season game.

Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals who have reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction. Individuals who have not reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction can enter only with permission of a parent or legal guardian. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and immediate family members of Fantasy Sports R Us, its sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to win prizes.

Non-Gambling Statute: The contest is a game of skill. From entries received, winners are determined by the individuals who use their skill and knowledge of relevant professional sports information and fantasy sports rules to accumulate the highest point totals during the contest according to the official contest rules. The contest is subject to all United States laws, and to the contest official rules, and cannot be used in connection with any form of gambling.

Internet/Technology Problems: If, for any reason, the contest is not able to run as planned, including computer virus, bugs fraud, tampering, or any technical failures or causes outside the control of Fantasy Sports R Us which affect the administration, security, integrity and fairness of the contest, Fantasy Sports R Us reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry or contest process or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such and attempt be made, Fantasy Sports R Us reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent of the law.

Disclaimers: Fantasy Sports R Us is not responsible for any late, lost, garbled, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries; any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Fantasy Sports R Us or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest. The contest and website are not sponsored or endorsed by Major League Baseball.

Release: By participating in the contest, contestants agree to hold harmless Fantasy Sports R Us, its sponsors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or acceptance, possession or use of any prize.

Refund Policy: Fantasy Sports R Us does not provide refunds. Contestants that do not show up for their committed draft date (and time) or otherwise cancel their league membership, relinquish all rights to league fees paid.

Keeper League Prize Policy: In keeper leagues, Fantasy Sports R Us will remove from the winning owners prize payout the next year's league fees for all keeper league teams (including other leagues) prior to distribution.  To ensure league stability, Fantasy Sports R Us will remove from winning owners prize payout a one time keeper league fee of $50 (including other leagues) prior to distribution.

Trade Fee: If commissioner finds a trade questionable, he may require a $50 deposit which will be credited to next (unpaid) years league fees.

Keeper League Dropout Policy: In keeper leagues, Fantasy Sports R Us owners are responsible for a fifty dollar ($50) league cancellation fee. There is a one-time keeper league team deposit of $50 which is only collected during prize distribution.

Official Rules : By entering the contest, you agree to abide by the terms of the official rules and by the decisions of Fantasy Sports R Us, which are final on all matters relating to the contest. Fantasy Sports R Us reserves the right to change the official rules at any time, in its sole discretion.
